Throughout the Greater Knoxville Area the name FairFax has become synonymous with “Quality and Service”. Founded in 1989 FairFax has many years of experience and working knowledge of the building industry.
FairFax is a Knoxville based construction company that has built over 500 homes and over 150 remodeling projects throughout the greater Knoxville area since 1990. FairFax builds all price ranges and sizes of new homes from 1500 square feet to over 10,000 square feet. FairFax remodels kitchens, baths, rooms, and has performed several whole house remodels and additions.
FairFax is fully licensed and insured with Builders Risk, Workman’s Compensation, and General Liability. FairFax is a member of the Greater Knoxville Home Builders Association and Better Business Bureau. Fairfax has been certified as a "Green Professional", "Graduate Builder", and "Aging in Place Specialist" by the National Home Builders Association through continuing education classes.
